The designer behind studio mila

I help (mostly) women-owned, service-based businesses step into their next stage of growth with branding, websites, and SEO that feel true to them.

My Story & Yours

I know what it feels like to run a business you love but not feel confident in how it looks online. When your brand and website don’t reflect the quality of your work, it can hold you back from reaching the clients you really want.

That’s why I started Studio Mila — to bring clarity, polish, and personality to businesses like yours. I believe design should feel like a weight lifted off your shoulders, not another overwhelming task on your list.

My Approach

Personal

You’ll work directly with me — no big team, no hand-offs.

Whimsical + Modern

Your brand will feel fresh, bold, and crafted just for you.

Strategic

Every website comes with basic SEO built-in, so your dream clients can actually find you.

Supportive

I’ll guide you step by step, making the process clear, stress-free, and actually enjoyable!

Outside The Studio…

Design is my passion, but here are a few fun things that make me, me:

Two dogs, a golden retriever and a smaller black and tan dog, lying on a raised dog bed inside a living room with furniture including a black and gray armchair, a beige sofa, and various plants and decorations.

Queen Sansa & My Girl LoLo

My beautiful Queen of the North, Sansa Rey (right) and my constant companion and service pup Eloise (LoLo) (left).

While I work, I can count on LoLo by my side and Sansa begging for food at 3:00 pm – sharp!

Anywhere there’s matcha, iced lattes, or ice cream... you can count me in!

I love exploring new coffee shops! When I meet with a client, I want them to feel like we’re just on a friendly coffee date – enjoying each other’s company and discovering something new.

A Tale of Two Cities (And One Studio)

I split my time between St. Louis and London – two very different cities that inspire my design style and business practices in unique ways.

A Tribute To One Special Girl

Naming and designing my own business has been the hardest design project I’ve ever taken on. While I love creating brands for my clients — guiding them toward clarity, confidence, and growth — my own brand has been a daunting task. I went through so many variations, each one close but never quite right.

Studio Mila is the name that finally felt like home. It’s a quiet dedication to my childhood dog, Mila Grace, who brought so much love and meaning into my life.

Carrying her name forward into my work reminds me why I do this: because the most meaningful brands are the ones built with heart.
